• Assist senior staff of the Chief Human Capital Officers Council (CHCOC) with working group tasks that include Retirement Process Improvement and Diversity
• Conduct research to assess the current and future U.S. workforce to analyze how OPM can prepare today
• Support the Center for Innovative Learning and Professional Growth (CILPG) director with preparing for and conducting training courses

• Personally raised over $5000 in gifts towards several academic university programs and scholarships
• Achieved Top Caller status among team of 8 callers for two consecutive months

  • Assist Feds Feed Families (FFF) National Program Director with government-wide annual campaign

  • Complete administrative duties and outreach to agency chairs and champions

  • Maintain campaign spreadsheets and assist in planning and execution of various campaign events

  • Develop communication materials such as email blasts and event flyers

  • Serve as liaison between FFF leadership team and CHOC staff

  • Monitor FFF Facebook page, regularly post photos and updates from across several agencies to an audience of 1,000+
